The purpose of the project is the regional consolidation of a fragmented offering of goods, services, cultural and tourist attractions, in one place, where the offer will be verified as accurate. The basis of the project is a register of providers of goods and services. Everyone who participates in the project is presented with basic information about the company and their offer via a digi point 👉 (e-flyer). Within the project we have also added an electronic newspaper, a search engine across the offer, and the digi Jumbo module, which brings together current content.

Savinjska "Kupuj Lokalno" is a project that acts as a connecting link for the region and performs the developmental, distribution, promotional and operational functions of regional management.

The task of the project is:

• encouraging partnership-based economic networking of directly and indirectly connected providers
• shaping, promoting and marketing the offer

Such an approach enriches the offer of the Savinjska region and broadens the development opportunities of the individual.

We have classified providers into the following industries (sections):

The e-Flyer is the minimum requirement for inclusion in the project or portal.

It records basic information about the provider, working hours, and describes the offer in bullet points. A QR code for the destination's promotional needs is also included.

Creation of a QR code for the purpose of advertising the portal at the location.

Digi Jumbo is a billboard space on the portal. Each portal can have several thematic advertising spaces; currently the following are displayed on the portal:

• Retail
• Services
• Snacks and lunches

Every member of the portal must have their own IT, which allows editing of content for publication on the digi Jumbo advertising space. While a local post is current on their own website, the content is also shown on the portal's advertising space.

The News button is an integral part of the digi Jumbo application.

It displays current content, which the provider edits themselves. Integration into a business FB profile is included. The content is visible on the provider's IT (website), on the kupujlokalno.si portal and on the FB business account, which significantly increases the reach of the post.

IT - information point - website

The applications with which we provide an easy path to information are programmed so that they are accessible on all mobile devices. The standard ones are already:

• News - which displays current content 👉 click, which during the relevant time interval is displayed on billboard spaces - digi Jumbo, on the portals of which the IT is a member.
• e-News - is the name of a set of related program modules that allow editing and publishing of an individual news item, a newspaper article or a list of news by a wide variety of criteria. Grouped into sections, together with additional software solutions, they form support for the most diverse projects. 👉 click
• e-Catalog - an application that brings together products or services into related modules, which are the basis for better marketing. 👉 click
• e-Contacts - a contact form that is attached to a catalog or news item and serves for direct contact with the provider. 👉 click
• e-Gallery - enables the presentation of the offer. 👉 click
• Working hours - enables the display of working hours and searching by working hours 👉 click

e-News is an application that brings together posts, contributions or articles, sorts them into selected sections determined by the portal administrator. All posts are archived. In addition to the administrator, articles can also be published by members of the portal who have e-news integrated into the portal.

In addition to their informational value, news items can be used for ON and OFF site optimization of members' websites. This approach gives the news additional marketing value.

Facebook and other social networks can point to individual content, or this content can be promoted and included in advertising on social networks.

Joint promotion enables diverse content and points of interest, which gives the FB profile added value.

Indexing in search engines is especially optimized for Google. Every complete piece of content (e-flyer, digi Jumbo, e-news item, catalog or catalog detail, images in galleries, e-galleries... all content is shown as standalone pages with their own electronic addresses, which search engines index. Understandably, the content must be declared public.

The more links (web links) there are, the more entry points into the portal there are.

The project of virtualizing the real world and displaying information on the web encompasses system administration on our own servers and open-source system solutions; protection of data against loss and abuse is ensured within the RR-ŠČIT project; access to data in private clouds is enabled via VPN connections, while the public cloud is shared, accessible to the entire web. On the diagram it is marked in the WEB-VISIBLE area.

With the participants in the project we cultivate a partnership relationship, where we take care of the annual review of the relevance of the data, the editing of which is possible for each website at several editing points, depending on the authorizations agreed with the user. For communication with the user we provide a free accessible electronic address, which is under the control of our mail services.

With this approach we ensure the place and manner of data storage, encrypted traffic over the network, and a clear separation of public data from private data, for which the location of the originals and backup copies is ensured.
