• public institutions (municipalities, TICs, public institutes),
• private providers (accommodation, gastronomy, experiences),
• and the digital infrastructure of the regional portal, which ties it all together into one accessible platform.

💬 Three Communication Flows, One Shared Story

• B2B - Connecting Institutions and Providers: Municipalities, TICs, associations and local businesses work together on creating content. Joint editing ensures accurate information, common standards and up-to-date data.
• B2C - Reaching the End Visitor: Through maps and QR codes, visitors quickly access verified content. Communication runs through websites, maps and social media - simple, clear and right at the moment a decision is being made.
• C2B - Feedback and Community: Visitor participation through social media, comments and shares helps us keep improving the content. This creates a circular flow of communication: create - present - listen - improve.
