Veliki Travnik and the Lookout Tower on Turnovka

Veliki Travnik, or Turnovka as the locals call it, is located on the western edge of the Smrekovec range. From the summit, on which a wooden lookout tower stands, a fine view opens up onto Raduha, Peca, Uršlja gora, Komen, the hills above the central part of the Savinja river and the part of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps where Ojstrica stands out. The summit has a register box with a logbook, while the stamp is located in the hut on Travnik.
